As an Allround Operator, you'll work across several departments within the production facility. You follow detailed procedures related to food safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Whether you're setting up machinery, following recipes or performing quality checks, you know exactly what it takes to keep everything running. You’re responsible for accurate documentation, keeping your workstation clean and safe, and helping the team achieve the highest standards. Your flexibility and eye for detail make sure the process never stops.

You will work in a 3-shift rotation, with shifts from 06:00 – 12:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 / 22:00 – 06:00.

What do you need to bring to the table to succeed in this role?

• A completed LBO-level education, preferably in fod industry
• Experience in a production environment; experience in the food sector is a plus
• You speak Dutch or English

• Shift allowance: 133% in the evening shift, 135% in the night shift;
