In this role, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that this organisation's soups, sauces and meals are always top quality. As Senior Operator, you ensure that production runs like a well-oiled machine. You prepare productions, adjust the machines and intervene in case of breakdowns. Speed, temperature, dosage-you keep an eye on everything and ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards. Meanwhile, you instruct your team, solve problems and make sure the workplace is kept safe and clean. No two days are the same, but one thing is certain: without you, no soup would come out of the machine.

You will work in a three-shift system, of working hours between 06:00 – 12:00/ 14:00 – 22:00/ 22:00 – 06:00.

You have experience in a food production environment and know how to keep a machine running optimally. You work accurately, are result-oriented and have an eye for quality. In addition, you speak English and are comfortable working shifts, whether early in the morning, late in the evening or late at night.

Your commitment will be well rewarded with:

• €17,17 gross per hour with a shift bonus of 133% in the evening and 135% at night;
