You fix it until it's mirror-smooth. Why? Because you take pride in your work. No stain, edge, or bump escapes your eye. You're a Finisher. Or if you don't have an official title yet: someone with skills, precision, and a love for perfection.
As a Finisher, you're the one who transforms rough plastic parts into sleek, shiny final products. You start with sanding, until every surface feels like satin. Then you move on to polishing, so that every part shines with pride. See an imperfection? Then you take your putty knife and work it with surgical precision. Careful taping of parts is also part of the job, so they're completely ready for the next step in the production process. Are they ready? Then you neatly prepare them for transport or further processing. Sometimes you glue parts together, but always with a steady hand and an eye for detail. In short: you make sure everything looks tip-top before it leaves the premises.
