You will be working at a family business that has been baking and delivering fresh bread daily to their customers since 1895. They distinguish themselves by delivering high quality products. As a Production Worker, you will work in 3 shifts. Your working hours will be from 07:00 to 15:00, from 15:00 to 23:00 and from 23:00 to 07:30. 

As a Production Worker you will start the day with a nice cup of coffee then your workday will begin. Together with two bakery colleagues you will form a team and you will be responsible for a production line of no less than 100 meters. Your tasks are:

• Ensuring that the right ingredients are processed into the dough, checking the quality of the ingredients;
• Closely monitor the rising process of the bread to prevent failures;
• Decorating the bread before it goes into the oven;
• And cleaning machines and sweeping the floor.

The following is required of you: 

• You can keep your calm well when a breakdown occurs (major breakdowns are for the technical department);
• You know how to get things done;
• You would like to work in a 3-shift system;
• And you are available 30-38 hours a week.

As a Production Worker, you can expect the following:

• A gross hourly wage of €14.36;
• Allowances such as 34% in the evening and nights and 100% on Sundays;
• And working in shifts.
