Production Worker
Are you great at working accurately and can't your day go wrong if the production process runs smoothly? Add to that a passion for coffee and come work as an Operator in the Tilburg region!
You will be working at a manufacturing company based in the Tilburg region that specializes in aluminum coffee capsules. The company is one of the largest in Europe and is in the start-up phase. The position Operator is a full-time job, in 2 shifts.
Your working hours as Operator are: from 07:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 23:00.
As a Production Worker+, your responsibilities include producing and packaging coffee capsules and solving minor and major technical malfunctions or product problems. This makes the role of a Production Worker+ very diverse, so no day is the same!
Other tasks are:
- Solving small and large technical deposits or product problems;
- Executing preventive maintenance and repair work on various filling and/or packaging lines;
- Checking the performance of all machines
- Observing the prescribed hygiene and safety regulations;
- Recording of work activities;
- Facilitating start-up or production changeovers;
- And conversion of various filling and packaging lines.
As a Production Worker+, you will bring the following:
- MBO-3 or -4 working and thinking level;
- Work experience in a production environment, preferably as Machine Operator in the food industry;
- Knowledge of the various quality systems (BRC, HACCP);
- You are able to work independently and accurately;
- You see preventing and solving malfunctions as a challenge;
- And you are motivated and have a positive attitude.
