This leading organization within the metal and plastics processing industry specializes in the design and development of high-quality processes, dies and moulds. With these, precision products such as plastic injection molding and MIM products are manufactured. You will work in 2 shifts with the following working hours: 06:30 to 14:45 and from 14:30 to 23:00.

As an Operator, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where quality and precision are key. After a two-week training period, you will be ready to support the production processes independently.

Your duties consist of:

• Performing all necessary finishing and packing activities;
• Monitoring quality and taking measures to ensure it;
• Changing colors and assisting with changing colors;
• Performance of various measurements;
• Performing various scanning tasks;
• Changing trays at the machines after release;
• Performing inspections according to instructions;
• Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE);
• And ensuring a clean and tidy workplace.

You are a motivated and precise professional with an eye for detail and quality. Other skills include:

• Quality conscious;

• Accurate and structured;
• Team player;
• And fluency in Dutch or English is a plus.
