You will be working at a real family business. The company is a specialist in processing plastic waste into high-quality plastic granules. The company is characterized by short and direct lines of communication and a pleasant working atmosphere. In recent years there has been strong investment in the machinery and in the business which has resulted in considerable growth. To continue this growth they are looking for new team players!

As a Production Worker you will be working in different departments, namely milling, mixing, silos or extrusion. In a team of colleagues you will take care of the optimal performance of the department. By rotating with your colleagues you will have a varied challenge. Your tasks will be:

• Filling and operating the grinding mill;
• Disposal of packaging material;
• Dumping of bigbags;
• Draining bigbags and putting them on site;
• Mixing raw materials;
• And administering the tasks performed.

What is required of you:

• You have a forklift certificate;
• You have no problem working 3 shifts;
• You master the Dutch or English language;
• You are a go-getter and not afraid of a little dust;And do not shy away from physical work.

What you can expect in return for your hard work:

• A gross hourly wage of €14,20 excluding shift bonus;
• Shift bonus of 17% which makes the wage a total of €15,53 per hour;
• Travel allowance from 10 km;
