What do you do as a Recruiter:

• You look for the best candidate for a job. 
• You handle applications, check the resumes received and schedule (online) appointments.
• You hold intake interviews, prepare resumes and ensure that your Sales colleagues can go to the client with a great proposal of candidates.  
• You ensure a close follow-up when someone gets an interview or is hired.

This is what we ask of our new Recruiter:

• You have a minimum of MBO-4 working and thinking level.
• You are full of energy and know how to tackle things.
• You are eager to learn, but can also be critical. You know which questions to ask.
• You are not quick to say ''It won't work''. You want to win every day, just like us.
• You are sociable and have a good dose of team spirit. 
• You have strong communication skills in English.
