Within this position, during the working day you are busy making sure that the installations are functioning correctly. This requires maintenance and repairs, but the work also involves finding faults. Once a malfunction is spotted, it must be fixed as soon as possible. In addition to just maintaining and repairing the machines, there is a good chance that machines need to be rebuilt. This may be, for example, to give the machines a different functionality. Specialization is often done through training. For example, one can choose to start with an All-round mechanic mobile equipment training for an MBO diploma level 3. Then it is possible to specialize to Technician mobile equipment in which an MBO diploma level 4 is obtained. Finally, you can choose to move on to a relevant higher vocational education.
