As a Machine Operator, you will be working at one of the two production halls there. Here, you are responsible for your own workplace. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that the right quantities of kilos are produced with the right quality. You do this by:

• Setting up the machine correctly;
• Monitoring the production process and optimising the process based on production parameters;
• Producing natural raw materials and supervising the machine process;
• Monitoring product quality, taking production samples and recording your production in the production system;
• And by actively participating in consultations with your colleagues on operations, breakdowns and improving the development of the company.

You have the following qualities:

• You are proficient in the Dutch and/or English language;
• You are energetic, curious and enjoy working in a team;
• You live in the Woerden area;
• And you are someone who knows how to work hard.
