As Shift Supervisor, you lead a team of up to six employees, including an operator who serves as your deputy and several assembly workers. You are in charge of the entire shift, ensuring that production runs according to plan and quality standards. When a malfunction occurs, you remain calm and fix it independently when possible—or coordinate with the technical department for more complex issues.
You work closely with the production manager and provide a clear handover at the end of your shift. This position offers a high degree of independence and the trust to make decisions. You are a visible presence on the shop floor, motivating your team and making sure everyone performs their tasks with enthusiasm and commitment.
