You step into the production hall, greet your colleagues and glance at the screen: the first batches have already started. While others are still waking up, you have already checked a couple of production lines and effortlessly join in the process. You are someone who would rather do than talk, and that is exactly what makes you indispensable on the shop floor. No talking, just making sure everything keeps running.
As an Operator, you will work on the production of high-quality plastic packaging. You are involved in checking the quality of products - think caps for deodorant or spoons for baby food. You operate several machines, intervene in case of minor malfunctions and perform simple maintenance tasks. You will also ensure that the workplace is kept tidy. You will work in shifts, starting in a 3-shift schedule and changing to 5 shifts after a month.
