In this role, you will work with colleagues to assemble fastening materials for roofing applications, both manually and using machines. Thanks to your accuracy and dedication, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly.
As an Assembly Employee, you are responsible for assembling fastening materials used in roof constructions. You work as part of a team and carry out both manual and machine-assisted assembly tasks. During and after assembly, you inspect parts and finished products for quality and completeness. Once everything is checked, you package the products according to instructions and prepare them for the warehouse or further processing.
You collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments to keep the production process running smoothly. You also identify and report any deviations or malfunctions to the shift leader and actively contribute ideas for process improvements. Throughout your work, you strictly follow all applicable safety, quality, and hygiene regulations.
