Recruiter – bilingual

We are looking for a Recruiter to join a growing organisation in Etten-Leur. In this position, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, from the first contact with candidates to their placement. Co będziesz robić?

As a Recruiter, you're the first point of contact for candidates, whether they call, walk in or apply online. You conduct intake interviews, map out candidate profiles and know exactly where someone fits best. You also stay in touch with former employees and attract new candidates through referrals.

You’ll think along on recruitment campaigns, organise walk-in events and collaborate with local networks. By keeping everything well-documented in systems like Carerix, you maintain structure and oversight. From the first chat to their first shift on-site, you make sure candidates are fully informed, well-prepared and motivated to start.

Wymagania stanowiska

Co ze sobą zabrać?

  • MBO+ level of education or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in a dynamic, operational environment—recruitment experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Romanian
  • Speaking an additional language (e.g. Portuguese, Spanish or Dutch) is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach
  • Structured way of working and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Affinity with working with labour migrants
  • Comfortable working with digital tools like MS Office, Excel and recruitment systems such as Carerix

The recruitment team in Etten-Leur works closely with colleagues countries as Poland, planning coordinators and the Traffic Manager. The company culture is collaborative and people-focused, with room for personal initiative and ownership. You will report to the Process/Recruitment Manager and be encouraged to shape your role independently.
