As an Assembly Operator, your main task is to produce custom-made cable and wire harnesses based on technical drawings and production instructions. These are scheduled by the planning department and team leads. You’ll perform quality checks throughout the process and make sure every product meets the required standards. You’ll also learn to set up various machines and tools, and record any extra or missing components used during assembly. If you notice problems or see ways to improve the process, you're encouraged to speak up. You’ll work independently, but always as part of a close-knit and motivated team.
