For a production facility in Velddriel, we are looking for an experienced Production Team Leader. In this role, you combine hands-on production work with leading a team of operators. As a Production Team Leader you are actively involved in production while leading a team of operators in your shift. Together, you ensure that the production schedule is achieved and that quality standards are met. You assign tasks, monitor progress and make sure that work instructions are followed correctly.
When malfunctions or deviations occur, you make decisions and take action where needed. You monitor safety, order and cleanliness on the floor and motivate your team to work as one unit. You also train and guide new colleagues during their onboarding and ensure a smooth shift handover. In addition, you take part in team meetings where improvements and plans are discussed.
