As Operator A, you are responsible for setting up, converting and fine-tuning the production lines. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly, intervene immediately in case of minor malfunctions and monitor the quality of the output. It is your sport to get the maximum out of the line and every minute counts.
You do not necessarily need to have knowledge of cold rolling steel; experience within a production environment with mass production is more important. Whether you come from the plastics industry, food industry or metalworking, if you know how to run a production line efficiently, you'll be right for the job. You read working drawings at a basic level, perform simple computer operations and ask critical questions when you want to understand something. With your technical insight, you know exactly how the process works and are always looking to improve.
