Warehouse employee

As a Warehouse Worker, you will ensure that orders leave the warehouse on time, completely and correctly. You work in a structured way, are physically strong and have an eye for detail. In this position you are an important part of the logistical process within a growing organization.

What will you do?

In this position, you will rotate fully in the warehouse. With an EPT and hand scanner you will independently go out to collect orders. The scanner guides you flawlessly through the warehouse, and it is up to you to stack everything accurately and securely into a pallet, sometimes up to 2.2 meters high. Physical work doesn't scare you: bags weighing up to 25 kilos are no problem for you, and you understand the importance of safe and correct lifting.

You usually work independently, but jump in when colleagues need help. Do you see a point of improvement in the process? Then you are encouraged to discuss this with the warehouse manager. Your insight contributes directly to the growth and professionalization of the organization.

The offer

What do you get in return?

A gross hourly wage of €15.76 (aged 21 and over). Younger than 21? Then the hourly wage is between €10.72 and €12.50, depending on experience;
Full-time employment of 36 hours per week;
Working hours in bi-weekly shifts: Week 1 & 2: 07:00 - 15:30 | Week 3 & 4: 09:00 - 17:30
25 vacation days + 11.8 ADV hours per year;
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (according to internal regulations);

Job requirements

What is expected of you?

You live in the region of Oss (max. 20 km distance);
You speak good Dutch or English;
You are physically strong and able to do heavy work (bags up to 25 kg);
You are tall enough to pick up to a height of 2.2 meters;
You have a proactive, honest attitude and think in solutions;
Experience with EPT is a plus;
You are looking for a long-term job.
