What will you do?

As Team Leader Workshop you are responsible for the daily operations of the workshop in Den Bosch. You ensure that there is enough work, that it is well planned and that everyone knows what to do. You keep the overview, make adjustments where necessary and can often be found on the work floor. No day is the same and you regularly switch gears ad hoc.

You will be responsible for bringing in new customers to ensure a good and stable work flow in the workshop.
You maintain contact with customers and make arrangements for work to be carried out in the workshop. In doing so, you actively look for opportunities and make clear commercial agreements.
You supervise people with a distance to the labor market in a simple production and logistics environment, such as stickering, packing and repacking and light assembly. The goal is to make employees work-fit and guide them towards a place in the regular labor market.
You will manage approximately 30 to 35 employees daily and provide clear direction, intensive supervision and a pleasant working atmosphere.
Planning is an important part of your job: you match the amount of work to the number of employees available and monitor progress.
You will coordinate with customers on how the work will be done and keep them well informed throughout the process.
You will perform HR-related tasks such as approving hours and leave, conducting development interviews and liaising with job coaches.

The offer

A salary between 3000,- and 3500,- gross per month;

Job requirements

You have an affinity for people with a distance from the labor market.
You are commercially minded and see opportunities to take production to the next level.
You have a command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
You have experience in leadership and production planning.
You are sociable and empathetic and have good communication skills.
You know how to enthuse people naturally.
