Then the role of Recruitment Planner at HOBIJ is made for you. You make sure that everything is right before our flex workers start their new adventure in the Netherlands.
As a Recruitment Planner, you are busy every day coordinating new temps coming to the Netherlands. You guard the overview: are all vacancies filled, are there enough candidates, is the arrival planned and does everyone arrive as agreed? Together with Recruitment and the planning you make sure that the customer needs are met. You distribute temporary workers over open vacancies, direct recruiters on priorities and continuously make strategic choices.
When processes get stuck or ad hoc adjustments are needed, you take action. You identify bottlenecks, solve structural bottlenecks and ensure that agreements are kept. You are the first point of contact for recruiters and operational teams and keep all the balls in the air without losing the overview.
