What will you do?

It's Monday morning, your first cup of coffee is still warm, and there Lucas' resume plops into your inbox. Lucas already has a few years of experience as an HR employee and is ready for the next step. What about you? You're the one who's going to help him get there!

During the intake interview, you discover what Lucas excels at, what he is looking for in an employer and what he still wants to grow in. And what emerges? You have the perfect job opening as an HR Business Partner at one of your clients.

But wait, there's more! Together with Max from sales, dive into Lucas' profile once more. Maybe he also fits perfectly with that other vacancy as an HR consultant at another client. You leave no opportunity unused and look for the very best match for Lucas.

And suppose Lucas is the match as an HR Business Partner, but that HR Advisor vacancy remains open.... What do you do then? Exactly, you pull out your sleuth and go wild on LinkedIn and Indeed. Because hidden gems are not there for the taking - but you know how to find them!

Experience in recruitment is a plus;
You have a command of the Dutch and English languages;
