What will you do?

What you will be doing as a Recruiter:

You will actively search for the best candidates for our clients' vacancies;
You will process applications, check the CVs received, and schedule (online) interviews;
You will conduct intake interviews and professionally prepare CVs for your colleagues in Sales, so that they can present an attractive proposal to the client;
You will ensure flawless follow-up as soon as a candidate is invited for an interview or is hired.

Job requirements

You have at least MBO-4 working and thinking level;

You are sociable and have a strong sense of team spirit;
You have strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
