What will you do?

What do you do as a Recruiter:

You look for the best candidate for a job.
You handle applications, check the resumes received and schedule (online) appointments.
You hold intake interviews, prepare resumes and ensure that your Sales colleagues can go to the client with a great proposal of candidates.
You ensure a close follow-up when someone gets an interview or is hired.

Job requirements

You have a minimum of MBO-4 working and thinking level.
You are full of energy and know how to tackle things.
You are eager to learn, but can also be critical. You know which questions to ask.
You are not quick to say ''It won't work''. You want to win every day, just like us.
You are sociable and have a good dose of team spirit.
You have strong communication skills in English and Portugees.
