Goodmorning is looking for a Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process from A to Z. In this role you are responsible for initial contact with candidates, conduct interviews and ensure a suitable match between candidate and position. As a Recruiter, you are the first point of contact for candidates. Whether they call, walk in or respond via the website, you ensure a warm welcome and a smooth process. You conduct intake interviews, carefully map out profiles and quickly know who to place where. You also maintain contact with former employees and new candidates via via.
You think along about creative recruitment campaigns, organize open walk-in moments and cooperate with local networks. Thanks to your careful filing in systems such as Carerix, you always maintain an overview. You guide candidates from the first interview to their start on location. You are always well informed, prepared and motivated.

Goodmorning is part of Labour Power Company (LPC) and focuses on the mediation of migrant workers within various sectors. From Etten-Leur, a close-knit recruitment team works closely together with colleagues from countries such as Poland, intermediaries, planning and the Traffic Manager. The work atmosphere is open and people-oriented: there is cooperation, responsibility and room for own initiative. You report to the Process/Recruitment Manager and are given the freedom to shape your role independently.
