What will you do?

As a reach truck driver, you will be responsible for efficiently handling goods in the warehouse. Your duties include:

Loading and unloading of pallets;
Moving goods using the reach truck;
Distribution of products to appropriate pick locations;
And support colleagues in order picking, loading and unloading, and preparing goods for shipment.

A salary of at least €14.96 gross per hour;
Work in shifted day shift, between 07:00 and 18:00;
Ability to work overtime;
Possibility of weekend work;
Overtime compensation;
And travel allowance of €0.21 per km (from 10 km one way).

Job requirements

For this position, we are looking for a driven reach truck driver who recognizes the following traits:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a reach truck driver;
In possession of a valid reach truck certificate;
Good command of the English language;
Physically strong and able to perform heavy work;
And careful handling of goods, with an eye for safety and willing to assist in other departments as needed;
You are not afraid to work in heights (12 meters!);
You are comfortable enough to successfully complete a test run with the reach truck and thus demonstrate your driving skills;
Driving in narrow aisles between storage racks are no problem for you;
There are different reach trucks you may drive, for example, with and or without a height camera. This makes it extra challenging!

You will be working for an international organization that specializes in air freight, sea freight, warehousing and logistics solutions. Worldwide, this client has more than 75 branches and recently opened a completely new distribution center in Tilburg. You will be working in a brand new hall, equipped with the latest technology and equipment.
