What will you do?

It's Monday morning. You step into the QC office with a hairnet on your head and a checklist in your hand. Not sexy, but important. You start with an internal audit tour of the production floor. Do we still meet hygiene requirements? Are all processes neatly recorded? You spot it immediately and correct, improve or adjust where necessary.

Then you dive into the system. You process documents from suppliers, check specifications and ensure that everything is digitally tightly stored. A question comes in from a customer about residue analysis: you dive into the test results, analyze, report and give clear feedback. Clarity is key.

Later in the day, you take samples, discuss deviations with the team and consult with the QA Manager on new customer requirements. Everything you do revolves around assuring quality and food safety: whether it's paperwork, people or processes.

In between, you make phone calls to a customer to agree on product specifications and provide input for an improvement project in the cold store. Day over? No, it flew by. Tomorrow another day full of fresh challenges!
