What will you do?

As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the production line. You perform quality checks, adjust machinery where necessary and solve minor technical problems. You also take care of the supply of materials and keep an overview of a safe and tidy work environment. The work is physical, but together with your team you create an energetic working atmosphere where time flies. You start with a 3-week training in which you learn all the tricks of the trade and dare to ask questions, for this it is important that you want to learn. Was this training positive? Then you can start your new job!

You will work in a 3-shift system:
07:00-15:00 | 15:00-23:00 | 23:00-07:00
Exact working hours may vary slightly from week to week.

The offer

What to expect.

A gross hourly wage of €17.28
Shift bonuses of up to 50%, taking your hourly wage up to €24.19;
Paid breaks (1 hour per shift);
Working in a dynamic 3-shift structure;
Advancement opportunity to operator within 6 months.

You speak English;
You have a mbo working and thinking level and learn quickly in practice;
You are critical, think in solutions and like to get things done;
You are flexible throughout the week (Monday through Sunday);
You are willing to work night shifts;
You are available throughout the summer;
You will have your own transportation to the location in Dongen.
