As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the production line. You perform quality checks, adjust machinery where necessary and solve minor technical problems. You also take care of the supply of materials and keep an overview of a safe and tidy work environment. The work is physical, but together with your team you create an energetic working atmosphere where time flies. You start with a 3-week training in which you learn all the tricks of the trade and dare to ask questions, for this it is important that you want to learn. Was this training positive? You will work in a 3-shift system:
07:00-15:00 | 15:00-23:00 | 23:00-07:00

You will work in a modern production environment where quality, safety and teamwork are key. To keep hygiene and quality high, this organization has a smoking ban on the entire site and you work in compulsory company clothing including a hairnet. Together with a close team you work in 3 shifts to ensure a smooth production process.
