Run production at a high level while keeping an eye on quality and safety? In Tilburg we are looking for a Production Employee who likes to roll up his sleeves.
As an Employee Production you keep the line running: you operate and monitor the machines, assist where necessary in preparation, mixing and packaging and pay close attention to quality, hygiene and safety. You keep the workplace neat and orderly, briefly record the necessary batch and quality data, spot deviations in time and report them back to the shift manager. Meanwhile, you think along about small improvements that make the process a little better every day.
