What will you do?

As a Print Operator, responsibility lies with the entire printing and finishing process of print products. Duties include:

Executing print and finishing jobs according to job briefing and schedule;
Working with printing machines;
Checking input and output of print and finishing jobs;
Performing timely preventive and corrective maintenance on digital presses and finishing equipment;
Ensuring a clean and organized workplace;
Contributing to efficient setup and assurance of the printing and finishing process;
And actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to process improvements.

The offer

In addition to challenge, the position offers excellent benefits:

A salary of €14.92 per hour without experience, with experience this can go up to €15.03 per hour;
Shift bonus of 25% between 06:00-08:00 and 18:00-20:00, and 50% between 20:00-24:00;
Technically challenging position with opportunities for training and education;
And work in a 2-shift, and during peak periods in a 3-shift.

Job requirements

A motivated and flexible team player with the following qualities will fit this role perfectly:

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude;
Team spirit and a no-nonsense mentality;
Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work overtime, including Saturdays;
Good command of the English language, Dutch is an advantage;
Willingness to work 2 shifts and during high season (November-December) 3 shifts;
And willingness to follow L1 print operator training through a training contract.
