What will you do?

As Pricing Analyst Europe, you will be responsible for setting up, managing and optimizing pricing strategies within the European market. You analyze market developments, perform price comparisons and ensure that all pricing systems are up-to-date. With your sharp insights you support the commercial decision making and ensure a healthy balance between competitiveness and margin maintenance.

You will work closely with colleagues from the European pricing team, the commercial team in the UK and the marketing and sales departments in different countries. You will also manage the Pricing and Data Analyst and guide them in their daily work. You are actively involved in price testing, promotional strategies and product data improvement. Thanks to your structured approach and data-driven way of working, you deliver direct impact on results.

The offer

What to expect.

  • A salary between €3,600 and €4,000 gross per month (based on full-time);
  • 8% vacation pay and 25 vacation days, with possibility of 5 additional days;
  • Bonus plan of 3% of gross annual salary;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to 75 km one way);
  • Contributory pension (67%), with the option of additional contribution;
  • Flexible working hours and opportunity to work from home for two days;

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • At least a college degree in commercial or business administration;
  • Minimaal 2 - 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare (pricing)data-analyse functie;
  • Excellent command of the English language, Dutch is a plus;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI;
  • Experience with CRM systems and database management;
  • You can analyze large amounts of data and translate it into concrete actions;
  • You work in a structured way, accurately and show ownership;
  • Strong communication skills and a good sense of priorities.
