For a dynamic staffing organization, we are looking for a planner who keeps an overview, works accurately and likes to make a difference.
As a planner, you are the central point between client, flex workers and external agencies. You ensure that the planning is correct whether it involves 200 or 500 employees. You maintain continuous contact with clients to coordinate personnel requirements and forecasts, and with your power of communication you know how to translate the wishes of flex workers into a realistic planning.
When unforeseen circumstances arise, you intervene quickly and efficiently resolve gaps in staffing. You also take care of employees' commuting and support arrivals, including preparing transport schedules for drivers and arranging necessary documents such as BSN numbers. You switch effortlessly between various tasks while always keeping an overview.

From the head office in Veghel, a close-knit team works daily on the optimal deployment of people, with an eye for quality and personal attention. Within the central planning team, consisting of eight colleagues, everything revolves around cooperation, switching gears and finding smart solutions. The working atmosphere is informal and energetic, with a Brabant atmosphere.
