What will you do?

As a Payroll Clerk, you are the pivot in the weekly process of salary processing for over 2,000 temporary workers, based on the ABU collective bargaining agreement. Together with your team, you ensure that everything is processed correctly and on time. You work closely with the client teams and know how to react quickly to questions or ambiguities. In addition, you actively contribute to the automation and standardization of processes so that manual operations are kept to a minimum.

You also lead projects aimed at process optimization and work according to the Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology. Your keen eye for improvement opportunities makes the difference: you not only see what can be improved, but also make sure it gets better.

What to expect.

  • A challenging position for 24 to 36 hours per week at the main office in Veghel;
  • A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €4,000, depending on your experience;
  • Flexible working hours between 08:00 and 18:00;
  • Ability to work from home one day a week;
  • 26 vacation days with the option to purchase additional days;
  • Work within a stable department that is fully compliant with laws and regulations;
  • The opportunity to take the basic Broadcast course through the organization;

Job requirements

What is expected of you?

  • You have MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level;
  • You have proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within the flex industry;
  • You are proficient in Excel and know how to analyze data efficiently;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English;
  • Experience with Dynamics Navision or My Solutions Flex is a plus;
  • You work accurately and know how to prioritize correctly under time pressure.
