What will you do?

As a Packer you are responsible for the careful packaging of refrigerated products. You will work in two shifts, following the schedule via the Plan4Flex app. During your shift, it is important that you strictly follow hygiene rules and work with attention to detail.

You will wear safety shoes, hairnet and work clothes provided by Distrifresh. In addition, you will always carry valid identification. Your workday will consist of periods of two hours of work, followed by 30 minutes of unpaid break time. Depending on the schedule, you may also work extra hours on weekends, in consultation with your supervisor.

The following working hours apply for working in two shifts:
Shift 1: 05:30 - 15:30
Shift 2: 15:30 - 01:00

The offer

What to expect.

A gross hourly wage of €14.71 (from 21 years of age), excluding benefits;
Shift bonus of 12% on all hours worked;
Ability to work extra on weekends;
Travel reimbursement according to collective bargaining agreement;

Job requirements

You are motivated, reliable and flexible;
You are comfortable working in a refrigerated environment;
You follow hygiene rules strictly and work accurately;
You speak and understand Dutch or English;
You have no objection to shift work or physical work.

Distrifresh specializes in the refrigerated transport, storage and processing of products such as meat, fish, chicken, AGF and dairy. From modern distribution centers, including the Den Bosch location, they also provide Value Added Logistics such as repackaging and labeling.
