What will you do?

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating production machines efficiently. You monitor the quality and quantity of output, perform regular quality checks, and take immediate action if deviations occur. You resolve minor technical issues yourself or escalate them to the technical service department when needed.

You also guide and support the production team working on your line. Safety is your top priority, and you ensure all procedures are followed strictly. Keeping your work area clean and organised is part of your daily routine. You actively contribute to process improvements and work according to food safety standards.

In this role, you will work in 3 shifts: 07:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 23:00 / 23:00 - 07:00.

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • Minimum MBO level of education, preferably with a technical background
  • Experience as an operator or machine operator in a production environment
  • You have a good command of the English language
  • Technical skills and the ability to respond quickly to faults or process changes
  • A valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Familiarity with systems like Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Accurate, independent, and safety- and quality-conscious work ethic
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required
