You start your shift and walk towards the production line. While the machines slowly start up, you check if all raw materials are present and adjust the installation properly. The work must be precise, because the quality of the final product depends on your attention. Are you someone who likes to take responsibility over a production process? What will you do?

As an Operator, you will be responsible for your own workstation in the production facility. You ensure that production runs safely and efficiently. At the beginning of your shift, you review scheduled jobs and make sure the machines are clean and set up correctly. You weigh and dose raw materials, monitor the operation of the machine and continuously check for correct product quality. In addition, you take samples and register everything neatly in SAP.
Should a malfunction occur, you resolve it or coordinate with the team leader on how to proceed. Occasionally bags of 20 to 25 kilos have to be lifted. You regularly consult with colleagues to improve processes together and keep production running smoothly.

  • A salary starting at €2,450 that can go up to €2,900
  • Shift allowance of 15% and a night allowance of €3.50 gross per hour
  • Fragrance surcharge of €60 per month

Within the production facility, we work a 3-shift schedule with the following working hours:

  • Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:15 (Monday to Friday)
  • Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:15 (Monday to Friday)
  • Night shift: 22:00 - 06:15 (Sunday to Friday)
