Colorful plant pots are moving down the belt, your hands are ready. You stack them, count the right amount, and make sure each pallet is filled to perfection. As a Production Worker in the Off-line Assembly team at Elho in Tilburg, you're the final link in a high-quality production process. With set working hours and a supportive team environment, this is a job where you get things done and go home satisfied.
You'll be working alongside the belt where pots arrive. Your tasks include stacking them neatly, counting the correct number, filling pallets accurately, and labeling products correctly. At the same time, you'll perform quality checks on color and shape to ensure everything meets Elho's high standards. You'll work in a steady 2-shift system from Monday to Friday.
