As Logistics Team Leader, you will manage the daily logistics processes within the warehouse. You will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, using internal transport equipment. You will plan the work in such a way that deadlines are met and capacity is utilized optimally.
You will manage employees, including 4/5 target group employees (people who are distanced from the labor market), and provide clear instructions and guidance. In addition, you will monitor order, tidiness, and safety within the warehouse, and you will be the point of contact for quality issues. You will also independently take on simple administrative and maintenance tasks. All with one goal in mind: a smoothly running logistics operation.
