What will you do?

As Logistics Team Leader, you will manage the daily logistics processes within the warehouse. You will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, using internal transport equipment. You will plan the work in such a way that deadlines are met and capacity is utilized optimally.

You will manage employees, including 4/5 target group employees (people who are distanced from the labor market), and provide clear instructions and guidance. In addition, you will monitor order, tidiness, and safety within the warehouse, and you will be the point of contact for quality issues. You will also independently take on simple administrative and maintenance tasks. All with one goal in mind: a smoothly running logistics operation.

Job requirements

What is expected of you?

You speak Dutch and/or English;
You show initiative;
You are flexible, proactive, and work accurately;
You are good at working in a team and managing colleagues;
You are patient and know how to deal with people who need more support;
You have experience loading and unloading trucks;
You preferably have a valid forklift, EPT, and/or reach truck certificate;
You carry out checks on goods (quality and quantity);
You have experience with order picking and preparing orders for shipment;
You are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
