As Team Leader Logistics, you will manage the logistics processes within the warehouse on a daily basis. You are responsible for an efficient intake, storage and removal of goods, using internal transport equipment. You plan the activities in such a way that deadlines are met and capacity is used optimally.
You manage employees, including 4/5 target group employees (people with a distance to the labor market), and provide clear instructions and guidance. In addition, you guard the order, tidiness and safety within the warehouse, and you are the contact person for quality problems. You also handle simple administrative and maintenance tasks independently. All with the goal: a smooth running logistics operation.
