’Your workday starts early in the morning: you check order lists and know exactly what is needed on the production floor. You drive the forklift through the warehouse, collecting parts as if you were winning a logistics scavenger hunt, and delivering them to production tightly on time. Behind this is not a coincidence, but your sense of timing and overview. You hand over the materials to the team leader and make sure everything is well organized administratively as well. Meanwhile, you keep the warehouse of small parts neat and orderly-you love it when everything is in its place, and it shows. Do you see something that could be smarter or more efficient? Then you don't keep it to yourself; you share your ideas immediately. And if there's something wrong with quality or numbers, you report it immediately. Everything you do is done safely, carefully and according to the rules - exactly as it should be.
