In this role, you'll help grow our customer base in Belgium and France, while building strong client relationships in the hospitality sector.
As a (Junior) Internal Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for customers in Belgium and France. You'll reach out to both new and existing clients, advise them on our products, and guide them through our online ordering platform. You'll handle quotations, follow up on leads, and collaborate with internal specialists on more complex requests. You'll also manage customer data in our CRM system and report results to the Sales Manager.
Experience isn't required, we'll teach you the ropes. What matters is your drive and enthusiasm.
