In this position you are the contact person for French-speaking customers in Belgium and France. You build relationships, think in terms of opportunities and contribute to the further growth of a strong brand in the hospitality industry.
As a (Junior) Internal Account Manager French-speaking, you are the first point of contact for customers from Belgium and France. You maintain telephone and digital contact, advise on products and assist customers with their orders via the online platform. You prepare quotations, actively follow them up and work together with internal specialists for more complex customer questions. In addition, you ensure accurate registration in the CRM system and report your results to the Sales Manager.
Whether you already have experience or not: with your commercial attitude and eagerness to learn, you know how to enthuse customers and take advantage of opportunities.
