What will you do?

As a (Junior) Internal Account Manager French-speaking, you are the first point of contact for customers from Belgium and France. You maintain telephone and digital contact, advise on products and assist customers with their orders via the online platform. You prepare quotations, actively follow them up and work together with internal specialists for more complex customer questions. In addition, you ensure accurate registration in the CRM system and report your results to the Sales Manager.

Whether you already have experience or not: with your commercial attitude and eagerness to learn, you know how to enthuse customers and take advantage of opportunities.

  • A gross monthly salary of €3,200 depending on experience;
  • An attractive bonus system, with monthly bonus opportunities;
  • Bonus potential of 3% of annual salary with good business results;
  • 25 vacation days with the option to purchase an additional 5;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max. 75 km one way);
  • Contributory pension (67%) with the option to make additional contributions;

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • MBO work and thinking level;
  • Commercial experience or a clear commercial mindset;
  • Fluent command of French language (native or near-native level);
  • Good command of Dutch or English;
  • Knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus;
  • Affinity with hospitality or the industry is nice, but not a must.
