Whether someone is taking a first step towards employment or is already employed but needs support to keep it up: you are that reliable coach who provides overview, motivates and moves with them.
What will you do as a Job Coach?
As a Jobcoach, you are the connecting link between people, the municipality and the employer. You guide people from the Participation Act to suitable work in the regular labor market and support them in retaining that workplace. What is unique about your role? You guide your candidates mainly in our own workplace. A familiar environment where there is room to grow, make mistakes and achieve success.
You coach people on skills, structure, motivation and self-confidence. You look not only at what someone needs, but especially at what they can do. You keep the lines of communication short with the work leader, follow the development closely and make adjustments where necessary. Think of conducting progress interviews, preparing reports, making plans of action and drawing up match profiles, you arrange it from A to Z.
And the best part? You don't do this alone. You work from our office with an enthusiastic, committed and fun team. We learn from each other, help each other and laugh a lot together. Because together you get further and work can be fun.
