What will you do?

As an intermediary, you are the permanent point of contact for both clients and flex workers on location in the Veghel, Uden and Oss region. You are closely involved in the daily operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly, from personnel planning and training processes to on-the-job supervision. You liaise with the client on forecasts, targets and pool management, and liaise with your colleagues in Central Planning on this.

In addition to operational work, you are also focused on process improvement. You see where things can be improved and come up with concrete solutions. You are proactive, think ahead and know how to get others on board with your energy and persuasiveness. Thanks to your efforts, the cooperation between customer and HOBIJ runs smoothly and effectively.

The offer

What should you expect?

A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,500, depending on experience;
Laptop, phone and company car (also for private use);
26 vacation days with the option to purchase additional days;

Job requirements

What does the organization expect from you?

You are available 32 to 40 hours per week and flexibly available;
You have HBO working and thinking level, gained through education or experience;
You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English;
You are enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and results-oriented;
You know how to convince people and have a commercial attitude;
Experience in the staffing industry is a plus but not a must;
You are organizationally strong and work in a structured manner.
