Then this position as Indoor Sales Engineer is for you. You are the first point of contact for customers and prospects and play a key role in winning and expanding customer relationships.
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for actively bringing in prospects and following up sales leads via phone, email and online platforms. You are the first point of contact for customers at home and abroad and independently manage your own target accounts based on the sales plan. You maintain and expand existing customer relationships, including smart use of freight platforms such as Timocom and Teleroute.
You make financial agreements with prospects, follow up on quotations and are actively involved in implementing new customers and their volumes. You also ensure clear internal and external communication about transport prices and their follow-up, monitor your results and ensure correct and complete documentation towards customers, order entry and other departments. You work according to the applicable guidelines and make optimal use of the available automation systems.
