From its headquarters in Tilburg, HR supports an organization with over 250 colleagues. The HR team consists of an HR manager, two HR advisors and an HR employee in administration. Because one of our advisors is leaving, we are looking for a new HR advisor with a heart for the job.
As an HR Advisor, you are the sparring partner for managers and executives. You help them with questions about employment conditions, contract renewals, file building, development, recruitment and absenteeism. Where necessary, you will slide into conversations such as job applications, absenteeism and progress interviews.
Most HR administration is taken care of by your colleague, but you keep the overview and think along about how the entire entry, transfer and exit process can be smarter and smoother. You will also participate in various HR projects to continuously improve and renew HR.
Basically, the HR department is located at our headquarters in Tilburg. However, as an HR Advisor you will also regularly visit our various locations (Tilburg & Bergen op Zoom).
