To expand our housing team, we are looking for someone to monitor the home of our labor employees and pick up hand and hand services directly where needed.
In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of housing facilities for temporary workers. You structurally monitor the condition of homes and housing complexes and ensure that they continue to meet applicable standards, including the SNF standard. You have a continuous overview of the entire housing stock and identify deviations or defects in a timely manner.
During inspections, you check various homes and complexes for quality, safety and cleanliness. Major defects you report immediately, while smaller defects you quickly and independently pick up and solve where possible. Simple repairs and practical work you perform yourself. When specialist technical work is required, you will forward this to your technical facilities colleague via the digital system and monitor progress.
You process your findings and inspection reports accurately in the digital system. In addition, you actively think about practical improvements and “quick wins” on the operational side to further optimize processes and housing quality. You also manage the inventory of facility materials and ensure that they are replenished and distributed to the various locations in a timely manner.
