As a Customer Sales Support Assistant, you are the first point of contact for German-speaking customers. You advise and support them with questions about products, services and orders. You process orders, prepare quotations and maintain customer contact by phone and e-mail. You also work closely with account managers and internal departments to continuously improve the customer experience. Your role is crucial in keeping the order process running smoothly and increasing customer satisfaction. Thanks to your commercial insight and service-oriented approach, you know exactly what the customer needs, even before they ask for it themselves.
