To expand our committed team, we are looking for a Housing Coordinator/ Co-Coordinator.
Are you practical, do you like variety and do you enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly in our homes? Then this is the job for you!
As housing coordinator, your day starts with a tour of our housing locations: What you see, you tackle immediately: you check daily for cleanliness and damages, make minor repairs and set up follow-up actions, for example a cleaning round. You assemble furniture such as beds, cabinets and tables, maintain gardens and deliver bicycles to residents when necessary. For residents you are the first point of contact in case of questions or defects; you identify and report what is not going well, address residents on improper behavior and make sure that the household regulations are observed. You will also accompany new employees to the city office for their BSN application and, if necessary, accompany them to a doctor or hospital. No two days are the same, but your goal is always the same: to ensure that everyone can live pleasantly and carefree.
