As Commercial Support Team Leader you will lead an enthusiastic team and ensure that our customers receive the best service. You also work in the operation and want to roll up your sleeves yourself. You ensure that everything runs smoothly!
In this role, you will manage a team of about 5 colleagues and be responsible for operations. You develop strategies and processes, analyze customer feedback and translate areas for improvement directly into action. You also monitor the administrative process, guide team members in their development and work closely with the logistics and sales departments. You report to the Commercial Manager and play an important role in strengthening our customer focus. You also work in the operation yourself and are a go-getter.
