In this position as an Employee Commercial Support you will ensure that orders are processed smoothly and correctly and you will support the commercial team in their daily operations. A versatile role within a dynamic environment where accuracy and cooperation are key.
As an Employee Commercial Support, you will be responsible for processing purchase and sales orders and provide administrative support to the commercial department. You will monitor agreements made, check shipments and ensure that all data is correctly processed in the system. You work closely with purchasing and logistics to ensure that deliveries run smoothly.
You link shipments to the correct orders, check the costing and ensure correct handling of mutations. You will also actively contribute to improvements in the process and identify bottlenecks. In this role, you are an indispensable link in a dynamic process in which speed and accuracy go hand in hand.

From the Hedel location, a team of approximately 150 colleagues work on growth, innovation and customer satisfaction. Within the commercial team, you will work together with colleagues from purchasing, logistics and administration, among others, to ensure that the entire process, from order to delivery, runs smoothly and accurately.
