Are you a smart negotiator with a nose for fresh produce and logistics? As a Buyer, you will ensure the best assortment at the best conditions. You build relationships with suppliers worldwide, keep a sharp eye on the market and translate opportunities into rock-solid deals. Fast, smart and scalable.
In this role, you are the commercial hub between market and operations. You source the full range on a daily basis, both nationally and internationally, and negotiate prices, volumes and delivery conditions independently. You closely follow the market situation, translate trends into account plans and proactively offer alternatives in case of scarcity. You visit suppliers, customers and prospects, work closely with commerce and logistics and ensure error-free ERP processing. In short: you ensure that the chain is right every day. Fresh, on time and at the right conditions.
